First, I'd like to thank you for visiting my online gallery...
I hope you enjoy my illustrations!

OBJECTIVE
I am an award-winning & established Graphic Artist & Illustrator seeking contract work. I have vast experience in working with clients to develop custom designs that always exceed their expectations. I have achieved great success by brainstorming and quickly creating a few rough comps, often at the initial meeting with a client. While always incorporating the required elements, these sketch ideas often present variations that may result in a stronger or more pleasing final design.
If you're interested in a custom design, please use the contact page. And once I have an idea of what you would like, I can give you a quote regarding pricing, scheduling & turnaround time.

EXPERIENCE
I’ve been fortunate to work with ASI RACEWEAR since 2008 where I am afforded the opportunity and challenged to create wildly diverse work for a variety of clients, with an emphasis on screenprinted apparel. These assignments range from motorsport-themed events for Lucas Oil, Super DirtCar Series and the World of Outlaws, to character-driven designs for race champions like Brett Hearn, Billy Moyer, and Tim McCreadie. I also contribute characters to New York Fire and Police designs, generate logos and graphics for vehicle wraps, and have created tour shirts for musical artists like Randy Jackson (Zebra) and Robin Zander (Cheap Trick).
Rewinding to the beginning, I started my professional career in 1989 by collaborating with Lynn Lindsey, Trickwild Design artist & founder. And while we created shirts and logos for local businesses and college events, the company's focus was dirt track racing designs for speedways and drivers nationwide. For 71/2 years I was employed as an illustrator & graphic artist at CASAIC Printing. While working on international accounts for such diverse clients as McDonalds, Sears, Electrolux Home Products and Frito Lay, I designed and prepared files for offset, lithographic and textile printing. My duties for these assignments ranged from conceptual design, illustration, photo-retouching, color-correction, typesetting, limited web design and mechanical drawing. After relocating to Austin, I was employed at Fineline Sportswear for 3 years. I came aboard as an illustrator to compliment the existing art department with an emphasis on creating Texas-themed tourism designs.

AWARDS & ACHIEVEMENTS
My 2003 design “The Krewe of Life” for Lifeshare Blood Centers garnered an ADDY Award for Best Illustration from the Monroe Chapter of the American Advertising Foundation. Three of my entries (1997, 2001, 2004) were chosen in the Mudbug Madness logo contest. Both the Krewe of Centaur and the Krewe of Gemini have commissioned Mardi Gras posters.
